By using ResumeAI Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ResumeAI Pro provides online resume building, ATS checking, PDF editing, and AI-powered resume optimization tools. Free tools are available without registration. Premium template access requires payment.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; do not share account access

3. Free vs Premium

• Free tools (ATS Checker, PDF Editor, Basic Templates) are provided at no cost without login
• Premium templates require purchase and are valid for 30 days from purchase date
• After expiry, premium template access is revoked; content you saved remains accessible
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Premium template purchases are non-refundable once the template has been accessed. Contact support within 24 hours of purchase for refund requests.

5. Prohibited Use

• Do not upload malicious files or attempt to compromise our systems
• Do not use our AI tools to generate fraudulent resume content
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of the resume content you create. We do not claim any rights to your personal data or resume content.

7. Limitation of Liability

ResumeAI Pro is provided "as is." We are not liable for job application outcomes, hiring decisions, or any indirect damages arising from use of our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
